In a bid to promote inclusivity and ensure that no segment of society is left behind, the Ibom Leadership and Entrepreneurial Development Centre (IbomLED) places special emphasis on empowering women and youth. By tailoring its programs to address the unique challenges faced by these groups, IbomLED seeks to break down barriers and provide a nurturing environment for women and young individuals to develop leadership skills and entrepreneurial prowess. Through mentorship, networking, and targeted skill-building, IbomLED aims to cultivate a generation of empowered leaders and entrepreneurs who can actively contribute to the advancement of Akwa Ibom State.
